- Maintain a register of co-owners and occupants
- Attend board meetings including writing of minutes
- Preparing, convening and conducting annual general meetings of co-owners

- Organizing and attending the various annual inspections
- Tendering and administration of maintenance agreements
- Present maintenance strategies
- Monthly visual inspection visit
- Ensure a 24/7 emergency service
